PB2 Posted October 22, 2010 Share Posted October 22, 2010 Many, on here, have made a similar recipe using Original Series Stout + Dark Ale. You might like to add white sugar or dextrose (about 500g) to help attenuate the brew. Use both sachets of yeast. Perhaps start the brew at the 18 litre mark to allow for foaming, as the fermentation can be quite explosive! Then top it up to 23 litres once the foaming has subsided.
