Tug Boat Ben
what is the defining factor in a low carbohydrate beer? is a tasty low carb beer easy to home brew as opposed to the watery tasting commercially available rubbish? many thanks... PB2
Low Carbohydrate Beer is normally low in Specific Gravity but not necessarily low in alcohol. Most home brew stores stock a dry enzyme, which helps the yeast to ferment the brew more thoroughly. You should find more info on this forum if you do a search on "enzyme".
