AlexR Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 Hi, have just bought a can of Coopers IPA and the recommended extras (LDME, Dextrose from memory)and have noticed that it is listed under mid-strength beers on this site. Will this recipe make a mid? If so, any ideas on how much extra sugar I should add to bump it up to ~5.0%, or whether I should add extra hops? Cheers, Alex.
