Luke Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 Hi All, Here's my recipe for my stout currently in the fermenter. 6.8kg Joe White Pale Malt - 85% 1.1kg Joe White Roast Barley - 10% 400g CaraPils Malt - 5% 1 Hour mash @ 68degC 1 Hour boil. Hops - Target 40g @ 60mins Centennial 45g @ 30mins Centennial 30g @ flameout Yeast - Wyeast 1056 American Ale (2lt starter) OG - 1.063 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
