Luke
Just a few minor details to fill in: 24lt final vol. including starter. Kegged 20lt naturally carbed with 140g sugar, bottled 4 longnecks. Heaps of trub, had to lean the fermenter back so the tap was above the trub line! FG: 1.012 Alc 5.5%

Tricky
Sounds good Aussie Thirsty Luke (phew! these names are getting longer) I love Cascade and Amarillo. I have just bought some more of both, along with some Simcoe.
Luke
The Northern Brewer hops are a great workhorse bittering hop, always got some on hand! One of my favorite hops.
