Gabriel
My undertstanding of the process is as follows: At the completion of the promary fermentation, transfer the contents of the fermenter into another vessal. The one you transfer it to, should be as small as possible to allow as little head room. Once there, you simply store it in a cold (1-4 degrees) area for a month or more. Afterwards, you just rack and bulk prime/prime all your bottles as per usual. I'm currently in the process of doing this for the first time, so I'm not 100% I've done it all right. Bruce
OKthanks, but one question still unanswered what does this do to the beer. And on the side note I just tasted my lager after a month in bottles. Great tasted and it is very clear.
