I happen to have a tin of brewmaster wheat beer, a tin of liquid wheat malt extract, about 700g of dextrose and about 250g of maltodextrin. How about I whack all that in together? Kai Posted June 20, 2005 Share Posted June 20, 2005 I would forego the maltodextrin, throw in the two tins and the dextrose and take it up to around 25 litres. Then I'd see if you can find maybe some teabag hops of tettnanger or hallertau and include that in the brew if you want a teeny bit more hop flavour. If you want to take it one step further, buy yourself a liquid yeast, such as wyeast or whitelabs, depending on what your local HBS has. They have wheat strains, and a yeast specifically for wheat beers will give you great wheat beer flavour. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
