PB2 Posted May 11, 2006 Share Posted May 11, 2006 If I recall, you make a lower alcohol recipe at the moment using 750g of BE2?? If the doc's issue is your intake of alcohol, you could look at using 500g of Light Dry Malt instead of BE2 - this shouldn't compromise the flavour while reducing the alcohol level. Anyway, he hasn't said stop altogether so I might do one of those and see what it is like, at least the weather has cooled down so cutting back won't be quite as hard.
