We do apologise for the delay but can assure that your Club Gift for this year should reach you very soon. Renewal letters will be sent out this week to all members whose memberships have now lapsed. I did. It does. When I click yes, it tells me to log in and renew. So I logged in, and still can't find where I'm supposed to renew. Do I need to wait until my membership expires?
