first brew , micro kit

:oops: on my first brew my wife read that only needs one carb drop , i then read myself later after bottling on 5-1-05 i need two drops , should i open and add extra drop or see how it goes ?

 

 

 

i use the bottles in the kit 750mls i think

what sized bottles are they? 375ml?? or 750ml??

 

375 only need one and 750 need 2 drops

 

most likely ur using the 750ml bottles

 

so basically its 3 days since u bottled??

 

considering they are plastic screw tops, it wouldnt be too hard to just undo them and add another drop

 

but then ud most likely have to add a few more days onto the secondary fermentation

 

anyways thats what i think heh

When you add the carbo drop to each bottle put the lid on immediately. Otherwise, you may find that the CO2 that has dissolved so far will break out and foam all over the place.
