stayingSober Posted December 13, 2004 Share Posted December 13, 2004 I jsut tried a Dark Ale with the Light malt. grows on you will leave it for a week to see if it matures(jsut at the start of the drinking range). next will be a Indian Pale with the Light Amber Malt.....
