McFrankel Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 Don't get me wrong I do love summer in Queensland, the outdoor weather,the beach, the surf, the fishing and the back yard BBQ... My only issue is that it is too hot to Brew so I tend to leave my brewing for winter (unfortunately swmbo will not agree to a 3rd fridge to overcome this small issue). [innocent] I have enough to last until I get brewing again but Santa gave me the mini keg set for Christmas which I am itching to test. To rub insult in to injury my sister gave me 3 extract kits as a Christmas present... Maybe the cider kit won't be affected so much by the Queensland heat...
