First crack at Ginger Beer following Coopers instructions...

Hi folks

 

Just a quick one...

 

Has anybody here brewed the ginger beer following the Coopers Recipe of just adding 1kg of raw sugar?

 

A Couple of points I have noticed.

- It is day 3 and it is now just starting to foam up.

- Very low SG 1.024. (Not a massive problem as it says it is mid strength, as long as it ends up with a low FG it will end up somewhere around 3.5% after secondary fermentation.)

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
