LeonardC2 Posted August 4, 2012 Share Posted August 4, 2012 I recently ordered my 1st partial mash kit from midwestsupplies.com. They also had a 25% off sale on New Zeland hops they just got in. I ordered 3 ounces each of; Motueka Pacifica Super Alpha Pacific Gem Wakatu All in pellet form. I was thinking of making an IPA with some of them. 1 or 2 might be good in a wheat beer. Muddy Waters Posted August 4, 2012 Share Posted August 4, 2012 I've only used Motueka out of that bunch Leonard and that just begs to be put into an IPA [love]....I've no idea how much 3 ounces is but a hefty whack as a dry hop is just what the doctor ordered.
