Hopping ideas

I am doing a mexican cerveza with the BE2 and 300g of LDM. And also doing a pale ale/canadian blonde (two cans together) and i have Amarillo and Cascade hops in the cupboard.

 

I am planning on doing a bit of experimenting with the hops. I am thinking at the moment that i will boil 10g of each for 20min another 10g of each steep for 20mins and then the same again dry hopping after about 3 days. This is for the Pale ale/canadian blonde brew.

 

Would this be a good hop ratio or does anyone have any ideas that would or could be better? Any ideas would be awesome as i have only started playing around with hops.
