AndyG4
this was only my second brew. it included: Coopers APA kit 750g BE2 500g LDME 15g Cascade hops steeped 10g Cascade hops dry hopped (decided i hadn't added enough hops) kit yeast. this was a pretty basic brew, it was only the second one i did, brewed pretty consistently at around 16-18 degrees in an ice bath before a cold crash at about 5 degrees. this beer has been bottled for just under a month, and already it's phenomenal. i'm in love with this kit already. i know there are plenty around who use this as a base for a number of recipes - i'd like to see the most creative one, because i see this kit being one that i'll use a lot of in the future when i'm done experimenting with different beer types.
