ginger beer alcholic

Have made lots of vg non alch ginger beer. My 1st try at alcholic. Coopers ginger beer, 1 kilo of bundy raw sugar and a teaspoon of ground ginger. .Been in barrel for 10 days. and still has bubbles on top.? SG started at approx 1.020 and is now down to 1.005. Should i leave it till is actually flat on top or bottle now.?? thank you, bruce.

Hey mate there have been many similar topics posted on here in the last week regarding the same thing. Im yet to make a GB mate so not sure but i think in 1 thread PB2 and many others sugested giving it a few more days once FG had been reached and then bottle as its a cloudy brew regardless and just stop bottoling at foam Cheers mate good luck
