Canadian Eh!L
Hey Gang, The name of the yeast makes me think it would be a good English ale yeast but from reading about its clean & neutral characteristics it would seem to make for a good APA choice. It being a product of Canada make this all the more confusing.[crying] [biggrin]

Guest
English or american? I tried to brew an AIPA a little while ago (was an all grain brew) and it didn't turn out too bad at all, not quite to IPA bitterness but was nicely ballenced all the same, I just used US-05, or if english go with notto, I havnt started with liquid yeasts yet but Intend to in the near future. Must say too, I never did the IPA kit so have little basis for advice mate, most of the kits I did were based round the APA . Cheers
