Learjet
I seem to gravitate to the ale side of the beer spectrum. I want to experiment with some liquid yeast as I hear and read it is a step closer to a better quality beer. Any thoughts as to which liquid yeast would be good for a "real ale" or an "ipa"? and is liquid really better than dry? Thx
PB2
Great beer can be made with both dry and liquid yeast. Liquid yeast offers a greater variety. Checkout the Whitelabs and Wyeast sites.
