Jimboe737 Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 [unsure] I made many a Cooper's Stout when brewing regularly at the turn of the Century, never tasted anything better and enjoyed every one of them. I used "Fermtech" Stout enhancer obtained from my local brew shop in Brisbane. My local supplier doesn't stock Fermtech products and the two Stout brews I have made are slightly cloying. The enhancer is something he bags up. Does anyone know if Fermtech products are available in Victoria where I now live and have recommenced brewing?
