Flat Ginger Beer

Hi,

I made a batch of ginger beer, followed instructions on the can. Starting SG was 1024 but the finish sg was 1000. I left it in the fermenter for 4 days before bottling. Primed with Castor sugar, left in shed for two weeks, tried one and it is flat. Any ideas where I went wrong and can it be saved or do I pour it out and try again.
