FG for Parity Amber Ale

Hi everyone. Just wondering what fg I should expect. The recipe I used is

Traditional Draught

1.5 kg Thomas Coopers Amber Malt

11 gms American Ale yeast US-05

30gms Cascade day 3

 

It's been in the fermenter for 5 days at 21 deg and I've just checked the gravity, 1.016. I'll be leaving it for a few days yet but this is the first time I've used a can of malt, normally I'd use LDM.
