Jarvo_325
Hey guys Making a Mexican Cerveza tonight I reckon. I have done a bit of research and everyone has basically said keep it to the coopers recipe if you want something similar to Corona. Just a few quick questions. The Yeast is an A+L yeast so what\u2019s the best temp to pitch the yeast and maintain it? Should I fill the wort to 23 or say 21 or 22 L
PB2
Pitch at around 22C-24C then, after 12hrs or so, allow it to drop to 18C - 21C. It will ferment quite happily down around 15C. Try it at the 23 litre mark first.
