Scottie Posted April 1, 2013 Share Posted April 1, 2013 Visited this brewery on Saturday and sampled a few. The dark ale and Belgian strong weren't that bad so we bought a few. Also decided to get a couple of bottles of their Stella IPA to compare to similar brews that I have brewed. The unbiased verdict is that mine wins hands down. This one is so bitter that it is impossible to pick the hop and it is devoid of any significant aroma. Its a struggle to drink but at $10 for 500ml I need to at least make the effort.
