Iv had an IPA fermenting for 72 hours now (started on saturday arvo) and there doesnt appear to be any foam/krausen at all my OG was 1030 its at 1016 now, i used BE2, i pitched at 24 degrees and have had it at 20 degrees ever since, i am waiting to dry hop 14g of cascade hops but do i need to wait till i see more foam? i just see alot of people saying to dry hop after day 3 or krausen has subsided..

This is only my second brew my first coopers lager didnt turn out well [annoyed] at all so im real paranoid now any advice would be appreciated.

Don't worry too much about the foam. This is only one sign of fermentation similar to the airlock.

If the OG has fallen then it is on the right track. Dump the hops in there and then give it a week before you think about bottling it.
