AndrewD19
It's only been a week but couldn't resist! Tried a bottle of my sparkling Ale (using the excuse to myself that I was checking carbonation level..) It was awesome! Great taste, good body and I have to say pretty authentic to the commercial product. Going to have to develop some serious self discipline to let the remaining 29 longies mature for the next couple of weeks! I do have a dark ale for drinking but I've gone and spoilt it now. Extra Stout in the bucket and an IPA planned for the next brew. Well done Coopers for such a good recipe and quality product.

Muddy Waters
Nice one Andrew [biggrin] However you should be thinking in months rather weeks in regards to letting your beers mature. They may taste good after a few weeks but they will taste great after a few months.
