Biermoasta Posted May 3, 2011 Share Posted May 3, 2011 I remember PB2 saying that all of the Coopers kits are hopped with Pride of Ringwood for bitterness. LeonardC2 Posted May 4, 2011 Share Posted May 4, 2011 Well,since they say the bier has a bitterness to it,maybe 1-2oz of spicy Saaz? I like the flavor of Saaz myself.
