ChrisM25 Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 Anyone got any thoughts on using a wine cabinet/wine fridge for brewing lagers. ie Euporean Lager. I have just won a Vintec wine cabinet in a raffle I thought it maybe good for keeping the brew at a lower temp. They should be around 13 degrees from what I've been reading.
