Canadian Eh!L Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 500g Smoked malt (grains) 1.7Kg OS Dark ale 300g raw cane sugar 15g fuggles 30mins 10g fuggles 5mins 14g cooper's kit yeast this is my first try at using some grains in my brew. has anyone heard of smoked (smokey) malt? i can't find any literature on it.[annoyed] i'm using them anyway! chad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
