lachlanb Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 gday all. long time trawler. I enjoy lagers and i have the equipment for the heritage lager recipe on this site. BUT - temperatures arnt right yet here in collaroy. i live in a small unit so unfortunatly some of the prefered ways of keeping things cool arnt really an option for me. does anyone ferment in a bath tub submerged in water? - or suggest any other effective way for me to lager it up. thanks :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
