StevenM3
Hi Folks After i bottled by first batch about a month ago i stored the bottles in an old esky i made sure it stayed over 18 degrees for the next 7 days (around 20-22), after that i put the lid in the esky and didn\u2019t worry about it. During the last day to the heat wave we had in NSW a couple of weeks ago i checked the temperature inside the esky it was 43C this was about 4 weeks after bottling. With this affect the beer? Guest
I would say it is still ok. Best way to tell though is to put one in the fridge and when it is chilled, crack her open an try it [happy]
JohnS12
As Bill said cool one down and try it but I think you may have cooked it if it is no good put it away for a couple months and try it again. Good luck with this one
