craigb12
Hi, i'm brewing a ginger beer just now. It's been in the fermentation tank for just over 24hours now, so i thought i'd take a reading to see how its doing - but there was no change from the original reading. Is this normal? Its my first time doing a ginger beer so i'm not sure if it takes a while to kick off. Any thoughts?
Matty A
I have heard that it can take a while for it to start off, just check it in a week and see how it is doing. In saying that I have never brewed a Ginger Beer before.
Trusty1
the best way to not encounter issues such as this is to leave it alone for at least 5 days[rightful] ! In saying that I have never brewed a Ginger Beer before.[pinched] Of course I am speaking general brewing (inc. gb's, laRgers, draughts and ales)[sideways]
