Ooops, I used a larger font than I wanted to there [innocent] I haven't used an enzyme before for low carb beer (because lw carb beer is really just a marketing gimmick - a real low carb beer is a low alcohol beer [rightful] but by knowing the recipe and age of your beer it will be easier for an educated response to your question.
