markc12 Posted January 28, 2011 Share Posted January 28, 2011 Hi all, ive had a canadian blonde fermenting for the last 10 days it seems to have stopped fermenting at 1014, og was around 1042 if im being a bit anal about the fg forgive me, should i bottle now? this brew was mixed with 1000g of BE1 and around 250ml of light malt extract cheers Mark[pinched] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NewtownClown Posted January 28, 2011 Share Posted January 28, 2011 BE1 contains Maltodextrin that doesn't completely ferment out, giving your beer more body and a higher gravity.
