Is it fully fermented??

Hi all, ive had a canadian blonde fermenting for the last 10 days it seems to have stopped fermenting at 1014, og was around 1042 if im being a bit anal about the fg forgive me, should i bottle now? this brew was mixed with 1000g of BE1 and around 250ml of light malt extract
