DavidS23 Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 Hi i am new to this site i am wondering if anyone can tell me the right co2 carbonating level and temperature for canadian blonde for kegging, i was thinking i might try 38 celcius at 13 psi left in the fridge at these conditions for 5 days i cannot seam to find out much about the canadian blondes co2 ratio so thought i would start at 2.6 parts gas any advice or better methods would be appreciated . Also any recommended lengths for the beer line. regards David
