It goes like this 


5kg Lager Light

1kg oat malt

1kg Rolled oats

.7kg Corn sugar

Vic secret, Citra , Galaxy @ 30geach  in the cube 

mash temp stepped 54 strike then 64   and mash out at 72  


 Conclusion in doing this a massive amount more protein in the wort  was transferred and this is at Fg after 3days with 2 x Verdant and minimal hops of above for biotransformation Dry hopped ,. Planned on a 2nd amount of hops in a large way but tastes nice as it . Mmmmmm may leave it as it is we will see cheers
