High final gravity

[unsure] [unsure] I've been using the Cooper Brew Enhancers (I or II depending on the style) and the fermentation stalls at a gravity of about 1012- 1014 from an OG of about 1036-1040. According to the formula on the can, this yeilds an alcohol content of about 3.5%. Am I reading this right? I'd hate to send someone off driving with a higher BAC than we think...
