gregm16
coopers family , well done I have just bottled the first brew from your diy kit. I am astounded how easy the whole process was from start to finish.I first started brewing as a young lad back in 1975-1976 into tallies from plastic rubbish bins, big hit and miss, gave up until started brewing again in the last 80,s to 90,s double fermenter into kegs much better, bottles were out for me. I have recently moved from brisbane to gladstone and now spend a lot of our time between home in town and holiday island house hence requirements to have bottles. I was not looking forward to bottling again, what a surprise!! looks like the hardest thing to do is drink?????? Again thanks for an excellent and easy brewing system. Matty A
Welcome to the Forum Greg. I am sure the hardest part isnt drinking it [wink] but i must agree that it is easy. I have one question tho, how did you get the misses to agree to a keg system as well as bottle?[biggrin]

Matty A
Lucky you, the misses was reluctant to let me brew in the garage. She was convinced I was allowed to leave the fermenter outside.
