I think it will work well, from what I have read BE2 is 500g of LDM, 300g of Dextrose and 200g of Maltodextrin so the only deviation from the coopers recipe (http://www.coopers.com.au/the-brewers-guild/how-to-brew/lager/pilsener) is that you will be adding 200g of Maltodextrin. Kearnage Posted January 14, 2011 Share Posted January 14, 2011 According to the brewing FAQ's BE2 is: Brew Enhancer 2 - 50% dextrose, 25% maltodextrin, 25% light dry malt My crummy maths works that out at 500 g dextrose, 250 g LDM and 250g maltodextrin.
