johng12 Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Coopers real ale Homebrew http://www.youtube.com/user/TheMayhem15?feature=mhum Brewed with Coopers real ale kit 1.7kg 1kg Coopers brew enhancer 1 .5 kg Coopers LDM 1 teaspoon Rock salt (grinded) Rehydrated yeast OG 1040 FG 1012 Alc% approx 4.25% Brewed 14 days, Dry hopped with Pride of Ringwood Hops after 7 days.
