Brewing in the tropics

Recommended Posts

Update on progress.

I have things pretty much bedded down now.  What I'm mainly making is a slight variation of the Coopers Session Ale recipe but with different but similar flavour profile hops (the specified ones can't be found here for some reason) and using a Kveik Ale Yeast. Bottling with the Muzzy Method give nice head retention and enough carbonation to suit my preferences. Kicking the primary fermentation of in the low to mid 30's with the Kveik, primary completes in a couple of days, through in some dry hops, bottle two or 3 days after that.

Bob's your aunty's live in lover and good to go to drink after 2 weeks or so.

Nice clean crisp beer, can have a few without getting hammered, estimated ABV 3.8 to 4.0%
