Coopers Stout v.s. Irish Stout - taste question for a RIS 3can.

Hey all, I was wondering which one has less roasted barley (burn dark bread) taste - Coopers Stout or Irish one?

I'm sorta planning on RIS 3can rocket (dark ale + stout + lager or maybe IPA? and some sugar) - making xmass brew for 2011 and sorta want less of that "guiness-burnt" taste in a brew. Idea being that if it comes out with at least 8% ABV, it will take a good of a half year to become anything drinkable and probably 9 months to be good, hence early January brew for next xmass.

I developed the Irish Stout to be somewhere between Guinness and Murphy's Irish Stout.

So I guess the Original Series Stout would be your choice - the difference between the two is masked somewhat in such a big recipe as RIS. [ninja]
