Naturally conditioned beer is fairly tolerant of temperature, but try to keep your bottles at < 35degC. If you are hoping to keep the beer for an extended period, like years, it's best to store it in a cool environment, < 20degC.[cool] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
