[cool] Now have enough to bottle that cider I put down last week and do another brew [cool] . So the big decision is do I make up a mex cev with the lemon scented myrtle as a thirst quencher on those hot summer Brisbane days or do I attempt something completely different and dust off the lid of the other dark ale kit I have here and attempt my Christmas Pudding dark ale (figured this one isn't a real thirst quencher but could sit and mellow 'til the cooler winter months to sup whilst watching the footy) [pinched] Man I hate tough decisions...
