[unsure] Would assume it's low in bitterness (less than Australian Pale Ale) and somewhere between the colour of Coopers Draught and Coopers Real Ale. The yeast is likely to be only 5g of an ale strain. Is the can within best before date? Also, do you have access to various hop varieties, yeast strains, etc?
