Two Kings Posted November 1, 2010 Share Posted November 1, 2010 Hi, What would happen if I added a cup of brown sugar to the Coopers Lager Concentrate along with the 1kg brewing sugar? Gravity has dropped substantially in a few days, but looks and smells good, taste not bad either, SO FAR. I find it imparts a subtle caramel character. However, adding a cup of it along with 1kg of Brewing Sugar would bump the total qty of simple sugars too high.
