brianc6 Posted October 20, 2010 Share Posted October 20, 2010 yesterday i had an attempt at making the famous duvel but i think in my excitement i made a big error when using the malt extract i only boiled it for about 15 minutes is it going to be ok or have i stuffed it big time ???? Kearnage Posted October 21, 2010 Share Posted October 21, 2010 You don't need to boil the liquid malt extract at all. You can boil up your hops in some of it if you are using additonal hops though.
