MichaelH16 Posted October 20, 2010 Share Posted October 20, 2010 Hello. I'm a new brewer, having just bought the Cooper's kit a couple of weeks ago. I just bottled the first batch tonight (the kit that came with it), and have a Sparkling Ale going as we speak. I couldn't help myself and am drinking a warm, flat beer from the first batch as I type this...and LOVING it! I just wanted to thank everyone here, as I've read through about 7 or 8 pages of posts and have learned a lot of things already. I won't have to ask so many questions thanks to all of your posts, but be warned -- I will "bless" you with some questions later, I'm sure.
