I have come across some old tins best before mid 08 are they still ok to use with new yeast got one on the go now seems to be brewing ok what about the taste -Thanks

[pinched] Ouch! maybe the one you already have put down is an experiment if you have the bottles to spare. I hesitated on some of the last original bitter for sale because it was close to expiring and now I'm thinking I should have given it a shot, with new yeast of course. Keep us posted on what happens to your prehistoric beer cans, it's useful information.
