MattC9 Posted September 23, 2010 Share Posted September 23, 2010 Hey All, Just brewed a Boags premium clone, well maybe!! have not bottled as yet so brew is still in the fermenter. SG was done today and I had to have a taste as with proevious brews however this one just doesn't taste...good. its a bit maybe vinigary or something like that not to sure. Brew was : tin coopers lager 1kg LME 40g Tettnag hops - 20/20, 20min boil/3 min soak saflager yeast pitched at 22c The brew finished fermenting about 2 days before today. was hoping someone might know what the problem is if there is one. I know it need to be bottled and left for awhile however previous brews have not tasted at all like this one prior to bottling.
